All prices are listed in USD. Terms of Service

Please review before placing an order

By commissioning me, patrons have read and agree to the following terms. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable with it. Please keep Twitch's Emoticon Guide in mind when commissioning work. Refunds will not be issued if an emote is rejected due to content.Feel free to message me through Discord or my Ko-fi to discuss and purchase commissions. Once (a) concept(s) and project timeline are agreed upon, an invoice will be sent via email (or may be purchased through my Ko-fi shop) and the full amount will be due. For orders $150+, a deposit of 50% will be due to start sketching and the remainder due once the project is completed and client approved (via Paypal invoice). If you would like any small touch-ups or revisions I'm happy to make them throughout the process. However, once the final draft has been completed further revisions/changes are subject to additional fees. Refunds will not be issued for projects once sketching has begun.Commissioned pieces may be displayed on my social media unless otherwise specified by the patron. Please do not re-post my work without citing appropriate credit. The patron may use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise. The patron may print the art and claim the right of their character(s) (not the drawing itself), and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If the patron breaks the copyright in any way, every right they had to the piece will be retracted. This includes (but is not limited to): using the copyrighted artwork commercially for profit beyond agreed use of the commission, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing watermarks/signatures, and altering the artwork without my consent. Using commissioned products in any blockchain-related technology, such as (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency is prohibited. Using commissioned products in any AI/ML model training is also prohibited.If for some reason you cannot pay the remainder of a balance for a time due to unforeseen circumstances, please message me and I can hold the piece for you until a later date! Failure to respond to DMs and complete payment will result in any started work being classified as abandoned. Abandoned/rejected work may be re-purposed for or sold to other clientele.
